Allround talent Zach Braff (best known for his role as JD Dorian in SCRUBS) presents his new film WISH I WAS HERE at the 10. Zurich Film Festival. Braff wrote the film together with his brother Adam, directed it, co-produced it and plays the lead role of Aidan Bloom, a struggling actor and dreamer who refuses to grow up. When financial support from his father comes to an abrupt end he starts to home school his children and – in hilarious twists and turns – has to face his responsibilities towards his offspring and his wife Sarah (Kate Hudson). Producer Michael Shamberg will receive the Career Achievement Award at the movie premiere for German speaking countries in Zurich.
